Meet Carolyn
Co-Founder | Chief Executive Officer
Carolyn Hardy is the former VP of Operations for Coors Brewing Company and former Plant Manager for the J. M. Smucker Company. With decades of experience in food and beverage manufacturing, Hardy has worked with nonalcoholic beverages such as Coke, Arizona Ice Tea, Rockstar, 7-11 Select. At Hardy Beverages, Carolyn brings her knowledge of world class manufacturing processes, finance, and logistics to support the growth of the company.

Meet Whitney
Co-Founder | Head of Innovation and Brands
Whitney is a brand, consumer product and food expert with a passion for mission-driven business. Before combining her love of snacks and innovation with Carolyn’s manufacturing prowess, Whitney fortified her strategic leadership and operational acumen alongside entrepreneurs in the Memphis start-up community.
At Hardy Beverages, Whitney builds a portfolio of CPG brands that supports play, wellness, and innovation alongside a data-driven sales strategy. Coining herself as an “everyday athlete,” Whitney seeks to bring more access to as a fuel for play and better health.

Our interns are a part of the day to day action and problem solving happening in our office, pop-ups, fulfillment, digital, and more. From customer success to warehouse packing, our internship program is meant to introduce IRL start-up day-to-day to high achieving students.
